Job Responsibilities: Sales and solicitation of equipment primarily to fleet buyers locally, nationally, and internationally. Work with the Sales Department, factory representatives, OEM representatives, and financial institutions to facilitate delivery of new units.
Personal Beliefs: If you listen to people, treat them fairly, do what you say you will do, and keep them informed of changes in the industry, they will come back to you whenever they need equipment.
Business Experience: Vice President of Fleet Sales at Midway since 1993. Sales Representative from 1979 to 1993. Various positions in the LTL Freight Business; from Driver to Dock Worker to Terminal Manager from 1968 to 1979. Received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the California State University at Humboldt in 1968.
Industry Involvement: Member of The Maintenance Council. Member of Century Club for ten years. Member of Ford's 300/500 Master Sales Consultants since 1980. Western Star Super Star in 2004 and Certified Sterling Salesperson since 2003.
Hobbies and Goals: I am an avid runner, and a would-be full time skier. My wife and I enjoy traveling. My goals are to teach, by example, my children and grandchildren to be ethical, caring and productive members of the community.
